About Kyle Manis

Kyle is the owner and principal consultant at Beluga Strategy, where he bridges the gap between technical maritime leadership and business strategy. He spent over a decade working across the maritime industry including roles with shipyards, ship owners, class societies, and design firms. He led complex ship construction and ship repair projects around the globe. After completing his MBA he joined BCG where he provided strategic consulting and advisory services to the world's largest companies, investors, governments, and non-profits.


Kyle has a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from Webb Institute and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
